What You'll Do:

As a Fire Surveyor, you will play a vital role in:

Conducting comprehensive fire safety assessments and inspections.
Ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and Building Regulations.
Specifying and managing programmes of work to meet cost and quality thresholds.
Engaging with contractors to align risk and vulnerability data.
Developing remediation programmes that reflect the priorities of residents and Ealing Council.
Delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring the safety and well-being of the community.Who You Are:

Have a strong background in building regulations, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
Are experienced building surveyors with a keen eye for detail and safety.
Possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
