Constellation Platinum is seeking experienced waiters to join our exclusive front-of-house teams at London’s top venues .

We are looking for knowledgeable, confident hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and eager to enhance their skills in a luxury environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide impeccable service to 12-16 guests per shift.
• Build and maintain excellent guest relationships.
• Work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team .
• Upsell premium food and drink options.
• Deliver expert wine service , including wine pairing recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience : Minimum 12 months in a waiting role.

✅ Confidence : Skilled in à la carte service, taking orders, and handling drinks trays .

✅ Expertise : Able to recommend and serve wine & champagne professionally .

✅ Knowledge : Understanding of fine dining, menu terminology, and cocktails.

✅ Personality : Calm under pressure, with excellent interpersonal skills.

✅ Flexibility: Available for evening, weekday, and weekend shifts, with the ability to get home from late-night finishes (1am+).
