WHAT YOU BRING

→ A Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Health & Exercise Studies, or a related field.

→ An industry-recognised certification (CSCS, Certified Exos Performance Specialist, FMS, or equivalent), plus active CPR/AED certification.

→ At least 5 years of strength coaching or personal training experience, ideally within premium environments.

→ A minimum of 3 years managing complex operations, ideally in a corporate setting.

→ A track record of managing and upskilling teams of fitness, health, or sports performance professionals.

→ Experience navigating stakeholder relationships, owning annual budgets, and running multiple projects at once.

→ The ability to turn complex operational and health data into something an executive audience actually understands.

→ Comfort with ambiguity; you can steer cross-regional work and adjust your approach without losing your footing.

Qualifications get you to the room. These are what keep you here.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

01 Operational Leadership & Facility Excellence

→ Direct daily operations across the gym and studio floor, holding the line on safety, cleanliness, and technical performance.

→ Instruct, motivate, and support clients toward their fitness and wellness goals — safely, professionally, ethically.

→ Own site-level staffing plans and operational frameworks, keeping every detail aligned with contract requirements.

02 Team Architecture & People Management

→ Manage, mentor, and support a diverse team of Performance Coaches.

→ Run regular performance evaluations and keep development on track, building a culture rooted in positive behaviours, not just targets.

→ Upskill your team so service delivery blends quality frameworks with genuine creative autonomy.

03 Strategic Client Partnerships & Stakeholder Navigation

→ Act as the primary point of contact for corporate client leadership, keeping communication proactive and ahead of need.

→ Partner with client leadership teams to align joint business plans and remove operational friction.

→ Consistently exceed contract expectations — not just meet them.

04 Data Analysis, Financials & Reporting

→ Evaluate site operations, team performance, and client metrics against both ROVA and client objectives.

→ Compile and present operational data and impact metrics to executive stakeholders every month.

→ Take full accountability for site-specific annual budgets and commercial performance.

05 Events & Internal Communities

→ Lead engagement activities — educational events, wellness fairs, informational sessions — that build campus-wide awareness.

→ Design and run targeted activations (challenges, leaderboards, recovery labs) that reach new employee cohorts.

→ Keep visibility of services high across every part of the client’s organisation.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

→ The Hiring Manager will review your application.

→ You will have a formal two stage interview.

→ Offer made.

→ ID and HR Checks.
