Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Sushi Chef to join our team working at Apple Caffe Macs, London, SW11 8BZ.

- This is a full-time position, annual salary 34,792.71, Monday – Friday 6.30 – 15.00 leaving your evenings free - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality.

A day in the life of a Sushi Chef:
- Making daily fresh sushi products following the highest Food Safety Standards & company policy
- Providing warm, professional customer service to every guest
- Maintaining cleanliness across the section, including display area & preparation area
- Ensure service counters are replenished adequately and kept clean during service.
- Complete all Mis En Place Lists, Hand-Over Sheets and Order Sheets
- Ensure all section fridges and contents are labelled and dated daily
- Ensure that correct chopping boards are used for the correct job.
- Complete all section menu planning & ordering
- Support all services, special functions etc. to the standard of operational requirements.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Sushi making experience (minimum 2 years)
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have legal right to work
- Passion for the hospitality and food industry
- Advanced English level and able to communicate as, this is crucial to deliver an excellent customer service to our customer & for team management
