The Role

• Headhunting candidates for suitable positions
• Selling roles to candidates
• Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
• Researching your market and becoming an expert in your field
• Meeting clients and candidates face to face
• Account Management
• Interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with existing and new clients
• Networking
• Negotiating fees and salaries
• Using Recruitment tools to source talent to fill vacancies
• Building a personal brand in your chosen market
• Attending networking events
• Closing new business and candidate deals
