The Role - SEN Behaviour Teaching Assistant We are seeking a resilient, patient, and enthusiastic SEN Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Camden from October 2025 . In this role, you will work closely with children who have social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties (SEMH) , helping them to manage their emotions, regulate behaviour, and engage positively with learning. You will work 1:1 and in small groups under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO, implementing behaviour support strategies and personalised learning plans. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children who display challenging behaviour, strong communication skills, and a calm, confident approach to de-escalation and emotional support.
