Residential Property Associate Location: London Salary: £65,000 Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

TSR Legal are working with a well-respected regional law firm that is known for its technical excellence, strong client relationships, and inclusive working culture. This top-tier firm is now seeking a Residential Property Associate (2–5 PQE) to join their thriving team in London .

The Role As a Residential Property Associate, you will manage your own caseload of varied conveyancing matters, supporting clients ranging from first-time buyers to property investors. Key responsibilities include:

Handling a broad range of residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold, and more complex matters)

Advising clients on legal risks, timescales, and outcomes

Quoting and scoping fees for new and existing clients

Supporting junior team members with guidance and supervision

Participating in networking events and marketing initiatives to grow the department’s profile

Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless client service

Contributing to financial management and meeting KPIs

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

2–5 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

Solid experience running your own residential property caseload from instruction to completion

Exceptional client care and communication skills

A proactive, team-oriented approach

Experience with case management systems

An interest in business development and mentoring junior colleagues

(Experience with plot sales is desirable but not essential.)
