- Reviewing ways of working to identify efficiency, performance and quality improvements across systems, processes and people
- Ensuring roster rules are agreed, embedded and adhered to, protecting safe and reliable operational delivery
- Supporting the development and implementation of GTR's linking strategy
- Acting as a subject matter expert in traincrew rostering systems and principles
- Developing and delivering standardised reporting to measure base roster efficiency and performance
- Deputising for the Roster Development Manager when required
What you'll bring

- Clear and confident communicator, able to influence and build credibility at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract, interpret and compare data from multiple systems
- Innovative, motivated and flexible, with a drive to continuously improve
Experience
- Experience working to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment while maintaining accuracy and sound decision-making
- Proven experience of consultation and negotiation with Trade Union representatives
Why join GTR?
You'll be part of a business that values safety, collaboration and continuous improvement. We offer a supportive environment where your expertise will make a real difference to how we deliver rail services for millions of passengers every day.
