Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Banking Advisor to join their Business Direct telephony team. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction.
Take ownership of customer queries, providing timely resolutions and a best-in-class experience.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Support the team in achieving business objectives, particularly in promoting digital services and solutions.
Maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy, adhering to all policies, procedures, and FCA banking regulations.

Proven experience in customer service with a commitment to going the extra mile for customers.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective customer interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Understanding and adherence to policies and procedures to safeguard both the society and customers.

Training and Support:
Full training will be provided for three weeks, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, to set you up for success in this role.
The role operates on a rotational shift basis between 08:00 and 20:00, ensuring flexibility in scheduling.
