Team Assistant - Real Estate
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team of approx 10
- Extensive diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare documents and reports using Excel
- Organise travel as required
- Maintain internal systems and ensure databases are up to date
- Create and update presentations and other materials using Canva and In-Design
- Process any invoices and expenses
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with team events, site visits and ad hoc projects
- Strong Team support experience, ideally within professional services
- Knowledge of InDesign & Canva is essential
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Proven ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, and professional with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Enjoy working within a collaborative environment
