Content Producer/Manager

Charlie Oscar
London

Charlie Oscar is a digital growth company built to transform brands and underpinned by marketing science.

We combine data, technology, and creativity to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that break the status quo for some of the world’s most ambitious brands. Put simply: we transform growth.

Our growth consultancy gives clients the tools and expertise to unlock incremental revenue - from Paid Social to Influencer Marketing, maximising the potential of every growth lever.

But growth doesn’t just come from numbers. At Charlie Oscar, we know creative is a critical driver of success, accounting for 80% of social algorithm performance. That’s why we’re scaling our creative offering and team to deliver world-class content and bold ideas that cut through the noise.

This is where you come in.

You’ll join at an exciting stage of our journey, helping shape the future of Charlie Oscar’s creative capabilities while collaborating closely with creative strategists, paid social specialists and data scientists, who all share a deep appreciation for the role of creativity in growth marketing.

At Charlie Oscar, we hire based on attitude and culture-add. While experience and expertise are important, we want people who are excited to challenge conventions, bring fresh perspectives, and deliver best-in-class work for our clients.

We also believe growth should feel good. Work-life balance and team well-being are core to how we operate. Alongside working hard and delivering impact, we make time to bond as a team—with quarterly socials and an annual company retreat to recharge and connect. You’ll find us collaborating in our London Bridge office and working from home as part of a flexible, supportive environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you live and breathe social media? Are you obsessed with great content, from trend-driven TikToks to scroll-stopping ads? Can you spot when a brand’s creative is hitting the mark and when it’s not? Are you naturally curious, with a passion for storytelling and bringing bold creative visions to life?

If you’re nodding along, keep reading.

We’re looking for a highly motivated and creatively driven Content Producer or Creative Manager to join our growing team at Charlie Oscar. Reporting to our Creative Strategy Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with them, as well as internal teams to deliver innovative, social-first content for a variety of e-commerce clients. You’ll also play a key role in shaping Charlie Oscar’s own brand presence through original content.

This role is perfect for a junior to midweight creative with strong video editing skills, a keen design eye, and a passion for building brands through dynamic, engaging content.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the Creative Strategy Lead to develop and refine concepts for client campaigns, bringing ideas to life through storyboarding, scripting, and editing.

  • Own the end-to-end editing of content for paid social, incorporating editing, motion graphics, and platform-specific storytelling.

  • Collaborate with clients to fully understand their brand look and feel, voice and creative goals, ensuring every asset feels aligned and fits with their broader content approach.

  • Manage asset production workflows, from ideation and storyboarding to feedback, iteration, and delivery.

  • Explore and integrate AI tools to streamline workflows and unlock new creative possibilities.

  • Stay plugged into social media and content trends, applying insights to shape and refine creative strategies.

  • Support Charlie Oscar’s own content efforts, capturing and editing lo-fi, behind-the-scenes footage from events and activations.

  • Maintain a high creative standard while balancing best-practise objectives from platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

  • Prepare timelines, client updates, and progress reports as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 3+ years’ experience in video editing, motion graphics, and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing a mix of brands/industries and/or personal work.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and familiarity with Figma; experience with Final Cut Pro is a plus.

  • Strong visual storytelling and design sensibility, with an ability to turn a conceptual brief into engaging, platform-optimized content.

  • A natural collaborator who can work independently and as part of a fast-paced, reactive team.

  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of projects and drive them forward.

  • Deep knowledge of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and their content ecosystems.

  • A passion for testing, learning, and iterating to drive performance.

  • Strong project and time management skills, with an ability to balance multiple priorities.

  • Excited by the energy of a start-up and eager to make the role your own.

BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary plus quarterly bonus up to 10% of your quarterly salary

  • Wellness allowance including access to Bupa private health care
