Join our Deals Insights and Analytics (DIA) Transaction Services Team

In this role, you will leverage your ACA or equivalent qualifications to develop and deliver sophisticated financial models and analytics that reveal the core strengths of businesses, supporting strategic decision-making and enhancing investor confidence.

Here's what we offer :

A suite of transformative modelling and analytics products and services that guide our clients through every stage of the deal cycle.

A commitment to the latest technologies and platforms to keep us at the forefront of the industry. Supportive, inclusive team that brings together a wealth of expertise from data science, technology, business, finance, and various industries.

This is an amazing opportunity to grow your career in a nurturing environment that encourages your creative and commercial side. Plus, you'll enjoy the personal growth opportunities, client engagement, and resources that come with being part of our team.

What you'll do:

You'll be at the heart of our team, crafting and delivering analyses that change the game for our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Building three statement financial models to evaluate various financial plans and scenarios, supporting strategic decision-making. Developing modelling and analytics that reveal the core strengths of a business to its leaders or potential investors, boosting their confidence in the deal.
  • Understanding what makes a business tick and creating data-driven tools and/or models that empower management to make informed decisions and enhance business value. Translating complex technical and financial concepts into clear insights for our non-technical stakeholders, aiding in sound decision-making.
  • Enhancing investor and financier understanding by contributing to clear, KPI-focused forecasts that reflect key business sensitivities. Strengthening negotiation positions with in-depth analysis of past financial performance, projecting cash flow and profit trends.
  • Working with management to develop commercial insights to improve business performance after a deal process. Preparing businesses for future transactions by establishing essential KPIs and reporting frameworks. Engaging in business development to spot and research new opportunities with current or potential clients.

Most importantly, you will build trusting relationships and be a business partner and strategic advisor to our clients (Financial Directors, CFOs, FP&A Directors); translating and communicating your analysis to help answer the critical financial and commercial questions.

In short, you'll be joining a team where you can have fun, learn a great deal, gain confidence, and enjoy memorable experiences, both personally and professionally. We welcome a diverse range of skills in data analytics and financial modeling, and we'll explore where your talents fit best during the interview process.

How to catch our interest:

We're looking for someone who loves tackling complex challenges and takes pride in explaining their solutions. You'll collaborate with similar analytical minds and engage with a variety of stakeholders. As a team player and excellent communicator, you'll be an advisor who works well with others.

Your commercial and financial acumen will be key as you delve into business drivers, analyse data, and provide transparent, actionable insights to our clients.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring, with a drive to develop and empower your team.
  • Self-motivation and a love for learning.
  • The ability to navigate complex financial and operational issues and solve unique business challenges.

Your toolkit should include:

  • ACA or ACCA or international equivalent is essential.
  • For financial modelling: Advanced Excel skills.

It would be helpful if you also had

  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools like PowerBI,
  • Experience in connecting and refining data using tools like Alteryx or Power Query. SQL and/ or Python skills are not necessary but would be beneficial.
  • Experience in VBA / Office Scripts.

If you're ready to make a significant impact and help shape the future of businesses, we'd love to hear from you. Join us and be part of a team that celebrates diversity, creativity, and the power of data.
