Family Solicitor 5+ PQE
Family Law Solicitor, South West London. This is a not to be missed opportunity to join a leading Family Law team who are looking to strengthen. This is a stand out opportunity for someone at 5+ PQE joining a firm that pays above average salaries.
You will have excellent technical knowledge, strong organisational and financial management skills, and a dynamic, forward-thinking approach.
You will manage a varied and engaging caseload across the full spectrum of private family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
- Children arrangements
- Cohabitation and separation agreements
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse matters, including injunctions
- Overseas Expat Divorce & Child Arrangements
A genuine enthusiasm for marketing and business development is essential.
