- Experience in a payroll position, ideally within a professional services environment
- A good working knowledge of ADP iHCM or similar
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Practical experience with multi-currency payroll processes
- Exposure to the legal sector and international operations
