Commercial Real Estate Associate 2+ PQE
We’re offering an exceptional opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join this highly regarded specialist Real Estate firm in Central London. If you’re ambitious, self-driven, and able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, this could be the perfect role for you.
Our client is looking for a solicitor who is client-focused and eager to work with an impressive portfolio of clients. You should have strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
Commercial Real Estate – Solicitor – Associate – 2+ years PQE – Salary up to £85K – Central London
As a key member of this dynamic and growing team, you'll handle a broad spectrum of general transactional real estate matters. You'll work alongside some of the industry's top professionals, gaining exposure to a diverse range of clients, including institutions, investors, developers, land owners, and businesses.
The Candidate
- A a minimum of 2 years PQE.
- Good exposure to transactional real estate matters.
- Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salary up to £85,000 dependent on experience.
- Agile/flexible working.
