In this role, you will: Support children with autism, ADHD, and additional learning needs in the Early Years. Use creativity and innovative teaching approaches to make learning fun and accessible. Collaborate with a welcoming Early Years team dedicated to inclusive practice. Ideal Candidate: Holds a recognised Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years. Has a track record of working successfully with children with SEN. Brings enthusiasm, empathy, and flexibility to their role. Thrives in a fast-paced, engaging early years environment.
