The Opportunity This is a newly created role within a growing team, so an excellent chance for someone ambitious to help shape Purezza’s next chapter in the UK. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset, has strong commercial instincts. You’ll work directly with some of the UK’s most respected and forward‑thinking hospitality operators, helping them elevate guest experience while materially improving their ESG performance and their bottom line. You’ll also play a key role in our North Star goal: establishing Purezza as the leading service business in the UK. Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven success in business development within hospitality or a related premium sector.Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makersAbility to thrive in a startup‑style, fast‑moving environment. Core Responsibilities Own and drive new business development across the premium UK hospitality sector, with a core focus on London.Build, manage and convert a high quality pipeline of premium prospects.Develop strong, lasting relationships with owners, founders and senior decision makers.Deliver consultative, insight led sales conversations focused on both commercial and ESG impact. Nice to Have Experience working with global hotel operators.A strong network within the UK hospitality industry.Experience selling a high‑value brand (ideally food/drink).Benefits
