Interim Head of Data
As Interim Head of Data, you will play a vital role in keeping key workstreams moving, supporting the team, and ensuring data capabilities continue to operate smoothly. This is a role for someone who is confident stepping into an existing environment, quickly building rapport, and providing steady leadership when it's most needed.
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership to the data team, offering guidance, prioritisation and support.
- Keep critical projects, reporting cycles, and operational data activities on track.
- Maintain oversight of data governance, compliance, and security practices.
- Support colleagues across the organisation by ensuring timely, reliable insights and reporting continue to be delivered.
- Act as a senior point of contact for any data-related queries, decisions, or risks.
- Help maintain momentum across ongoing improvements to data processes, tooling and ways of working.
