Graduate Conference Producer
We are seeking a highly motivated conference producer to join our fast-growing event series at Kisaco Research.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the production of high-quality events across the U.S. and E.U ensuring that they drive engagement and deliver exceptional value to our attendees. As a Conference Producer, you will be expected to bring resilience, energy, and creativity to the role, and possess the ability to spot opportunities and work as a team to drive success.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to create relevant, commercially viable events.
• Collaborate with industry experts and thought leaders to develop engaging agendas.
• Develop ideas for creative digital content to support commercial campaign.
• Identify and recruit high-profile speakers and moderators. Create deep-industry relationships, with desire to understand organisational structures, business cycles, and needs.
• Work with the marketing campaign manager to identify appropriate marketing channels and to ensure that the correct market segments are reached.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotion strategies.
• Identify potential sponsors and work with the Commercial Partnerships Manager to agree on the sales plan for your event campaign.
• Work with speakers, consultants, journalists, and other information providers to source and repurpose materials for content marketing.
• Build the identity and create buzz around each event with the marketer in the build-up to and during a conference through social media including LinkedIn.
• Develop and manage budgets for each conference, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage onsite delivery of the event being sure to gain feedback from all those attending, to help improve positioning, content development and direction of that event as well as any ideas for spin-off/related topics.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Graduated/graduating with a 2:1 or above
• You will be analytical, commercially minded and dynamic.
• You will be able to articulate and present complex information in an engaging and simple way
• You are ambitious, and enjoy leading end-to-end projects and/or campaigns
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills
• A curiosity and market first approach
• You have demonstrable success in building and developing events.
• You thrive on a challenge and solving problems.
• You enjoy driving change and innovation.
• A hands-on team player and strong communicator.
