Administrator, Part-Time 16 hours - London Harrods

Job Purpose
We are hiring a part-time Store Administrator to play a vital role in the smooth, compliant and efficient operation of our store. Working 16 hours per week across two full days , you will be a trusted partner to the Store Management team, ensuring accurate administration, financial processes and people data. Through your attention to detail, professionalism and collaborative approach, you will help create an environment where teams can focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our customers at Burberry.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly banking processes, including till preparation, safe checks, PDQ reporting and end-of-day cashing up support.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales, VAT, footfall and variance reports, ensuring timely submission to payroll and relevant stakeholders.
- Own store administration processes, including post distribution, purchase orders and general operational documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, tracking absence, holidays and contractual changes in partnership with the central HR team.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding administration, ensuring complete and accurate documentation for new starters and leavers.
- Act as a key point of contact for store teams, regional partners, HR, Payroll, Asset & Profit Protection and external providers.

- Clear and professional communicator, comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders.
- Trustworthy and discreet, with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
- Collaborative and supportive, contributing positively to a busy store environment.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to prioritise effectively across a part-time schedule.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems, with experience of SAP welcomed but not essential.
