Educator Relations Manager

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with top-tier educators and facilitators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align educator expertise with client needs.
- Lead onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives for new and existing educators.
- Support the design and delivery of global leadership development programs.
- Maintain accurate educator data and ensure smooth operational processes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in educator engagement, program coordination, or stakeholder management.
- Background in executive education, higher education, or learning and development is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
