Nanny

Warm family in Brent seeking a calm, positive, and organised nanny to care for their baby boy 14 months. We value a healthy lifestyle and balanced wellbeing for both our child and our nanny. Excellent pay (£17-20 phr gross) and all extra hours always paid.
This is a permanent, live-out role for a professional nanny who enjoys working in partnership with parents. One parent works from home most of the time, so the role requires someone comfortable with a collaborative and respectful approach. The family values Montessori principles but are open to a range of positive parenting styles. We have cats at home so person needs to be ok with pets.
We would like the nanny to start ASAP.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30/9am–5:00/5:30pm (up to 40 hrs/week)
Employment: Permanent, live-out
Location: Brent, London ( Colindale area)

Responsibilities
• Sole charge of one child (meals, naps, daily care and development)
• Preparing healthy, balanced meals and snacks for the baby
• Supporting early years development with stimulating, age-appropriate play (Montessori-inspired welcome)
• Encouraging outdoor activities and routines that support physical and emotional wellbeing
• Sorting and organising toys and baby belongings
• Working in harmony with parents to provide a calm, nurturing environment

Requirements
• DBS check and paediatric first aid (essential)
• Experience caring for babies/toddlers in a nanny role
• English or Polish speaking
• Calm, positive, and professional approach
• Pet-friendly (cats in the home)
