Location: London, EC2M 4UJ

Rate of Pay: £49,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:

• Act as the operational anchor for multi‑format delivery, ensuring consistency, availability and pace across all food services in line with Vacherin expectations.

Food and Service Development:

• Coordinate daily delivery of all food formats, ensuring consistency, availability and pace across all floors in line with Vacherin standards.
• Work directly with BOH leadership to align prep levels, production timing and menu readiness.
• Monitor service in real‑time and take immediate corrective action when needed.

Relationship Management:

• Collaborate with BOH chefs throughout the day to align production and service sequencing.
• Ensure FOH feedback is communicated constructively to BOH teams.

Finance:

• Own FOH ordering routines, stock rotation, par levels and waste controls.
• Monitor stock integrity and escalate gaps early to protect service delivery.

Managing/ Developing a Team

• Coach Team Leaders and support FOH training, onboarding and development.
• Drive consistent floor rhythm with the Deputy Manager.

Health & Safety

• Ensure FOH HACCP, allergen, temperature and H&S documentation is accurate, complete and audit‑ready in line with Vacherin policy.

Occasional Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, events, takeovers and operational change projects.
• Support Vacherin meetings, training and site cover as required.
