Your day-to-day as Chef de Partie:
- Always maintain the smooth running of the kitchen and server area and provide day to day advice, coaching, and support to staff in order to maximise the efficient and effective provision of catering services.
- Work alongside the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality meals with minimal waste
- Maintain food levels and brand standards across all services
- Support with kitchen checklists and post-service analysis
- Follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards
- Receive supplies ensuring that they are appropriately and securely accepted and stored
- Take part in ongoing training and development.
What we’re looking for:
- City & Guilds 7061 or NVQ equivalent, Level 2 Food Hygiene and previous supervisory experience within a busy catering environment would be an advantage
- Willingness and ability to work flexibly: on a schedule that could cover any day of the week (Monday-Sunday)
- Ability to work reliably in a secure, fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication, professionalism, and teamwork.
Additional Requirements:
To be eligible, you must:
- Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Be able to pass DBS and full security vetting. Must have lived in the UK for past 3 years.
