Core Responsibilities
At the LEGO Group, we are experiencing significant growth and expansion, rapidly opening new markets and channels worldwide. You will source sustainable Transport and Warehousing solutions and establish strong category expertise within the Distribution team. Key responsibilities include:
Leadership & Influence: Drive company-wide cost initiatives in distribution and logistics spend by providing active leadership among partners, finance, and suppliers.
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a Procurement Business Partner for Management in the Regions for annual Category planning and network development.
Supplier Management: Develop effective supplier relationship management strategies with clear objectives and anticipated outcomes.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and maintain logistic contracts on warehousing, transportation, and customs services.
Market Insights: Build insights to identify trends and translate them into category strategies.
Global Supplier Base: Manage contracting, negotiations, strategic performance management, risk management, and supplier performance.
Sustainability Initiatives: Drive sustainability and efficiency initiatives through our external partners.

You will become part of the Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) Global Procurement Team. We function as a trustworthy business partner to our internal customers and handle the purchasing of Facilities, Construction, IT/Digital, Professional Services, Travel, and Distribution.
As the LEGO Group grows its worldwide manufacturing and distribution presence in a constantly changing market, our procurement team leads a challenging change program across cost, service, sustainability, and resilience.
Location: The role can be based in either Billund or London.

We seek a team player who is self-motivated and skilled at navigating uncertainty.
You possess strong leadership and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate, steer, and influence at high levels with both internal and external business partners. Additionally, you have:
Global/Regional Procurement category management experience
Understanding of procurement processes and distribution/warehousing vendor landscape
Experience in Supplier Relationship Management
Skills in negotiating complex agreements
Knowledge of contractual terms and regulations
Awareness of sustainability and automation trends
Ability to analyze market insights and convert them into strategies
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
