We’re recruiting a Chef de Partie to join a fast-paced and professional hospitality team, where you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality bespoke dishes. What you'll be doing as a Hospitality CDP:- Prepare and cook high quality dishes for fine dining and hospitality events
- Manage your section efficiently during service
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Work as part of a professional kitchen team
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable with early starts
