Join Our Team as an Out of Hours Advisor

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an Out of Hours Advisor to play a vital role in ensuring emergency repairs and maintenance requests are managed efficiently outside of normal working hours

As the first point of contact for clients, residents, and operatives, you'll coordinate emergency works, schedule appointments, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting operational performance

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing incoming emergency repair calls and monitoring systems throughout your shift
• Allocating emergency works to operatives within agreed timescales
• Scheduling and coordinating work for a busy workforce of operatives
• Arranging follow-on appointments and managing additional works requests
• Recording and updating job information accurately
• Keeping clients and residents informed on progress and updates
• Sending daily work allocations to operatives
• Supporting the achievement of key performance indicators and service targets
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient and responsive service

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure and provide excellent service, even in challenging situations.

You'll Ideally Have

• Previous administrative or scheduling experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and use your own initiative A proactive and positive approach to problem solving
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
