SEN Teaching Assistant - Education and Training - Tower Hamlets

Location: Tower Hamlets

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming special school in Tower Hamlets, supporting children with special needs.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to help children access their education and develop their confidence, communication and independence. You will provide individual and small-group support while helping create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.

About You

We are seeking a compassionate Learning Support Assistant who is patient, reliable and enthusiastic about working with children who have special needs. Previous experience within a school or similar setting is desirable, although relevant experience from care, training or support environments will also be considered.

The school will provide appropriate training and guidance to help you develop your skills and understanding of supporting pupils with additional needs.
