Therapist

Our client is a private, founder‑led clinic operating at the premium end of the wellness and advanced skincare market. The Therapist will play a key role in delivering advanced, consultation‑led treatments, primarily laser, while upholding the highest standards of service, hygiene, and client care. Reporting into clinic leadership, the role requires strong technical capability, thoughtful personalisation, and the ability to contribute positively to a fast‑paced, detail‑driven clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consultations and tailored treatments in line with individual client goals
• Provide ritual‑level treatment experiences that balance results with restoration
• Maintain impeccable treatment room standards, hygiene, and setup
• Keep accurate treatment notes, consent, and progress tracking within clinic systems
• Personalise treatment plans and support long‑term client skin journeys
• Provide education‑led retail recommendations to support ongoing results
• Support workshops, demonstrations, and selected community or partner eventsSupport workshops, demonstrations, and selected community or partner events
• Ensure a consistently high standard of client experience from treatment to follow‑up
• Work collaboratively with the wider clinic team to support service excellence

Experience Requirements

• Level 4 qualification or above in a relevant discipline
• Experience delivering advanced skin treatments including lasers, radio frequency, ultrasound, and microneedling
• Strong consultation skills with an intuitive and client‑focused approach
• A calm, professional presence with excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
• Comfortable working towards treatment or retail performance targets
• A team‑focused mindset with pride in craft and service delivery
