You will be a trusted advisor to our clients and ensure Red Badger delivers the right outcomes for them. You will do the right thing for your clients at every stage of their journey. 

You will;

  1. Understand our clients goals and challenges
  2. Identify opportunities where Red Badger’s services can help them
  3. Construct, and agree, mutually beneficial commercial deals
  4. Strengthen that bond of trust by delivering outcomes, retaining them as a client and finding further opportunities to help them

You will be accountable for client satisfaction, revenue growth and profitability. You will join the Senior Leadership Team, and work closely with our Finance and People teams, ensuring you have the information you need to make empowered and accountable decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

New business development

  • Help retain and grow your accounts
  • Lead proposals and pitches for new business


Client portfolio management

  • Be the primary point of contact for each client within your portfolio
  • Collaborate and consult with clients to support their strategy and long term roadmaps
  • Take ownership for the delivery of client outcomes
  • Advocate for the clients objectives within Red Badger
  • Work in partnership with our Discipline Leads and senior practitioners to ensure quality of delivery enables delivery of client outcomes
  • Lead engagement planning for each account in your portfolio to ensure the senior delivery team are alive to risks and opportunities within each account
  • Maintain, and monitor, client satisfaction
  • Drive account retention, by ensuring client satisfaction and delivery of outcomes
  • Identify new opportunities within each client account, driving revenue growth

Commercial

  • Plan and forecast revenue in order to achieve portfolio goals and drive to business development / client account management objectives
  • Construct and close on profitable deals, working in partnership with our Finance team
  • Navigate procurement processes and contractual negotiations, working in partnership with our Commercial Director and legal counsel
  • Provide strategic advice and/or account management, in a part-billable role, to clients within your portfolio

Your leadership experience

  • You have experience in a leadership role where you have routinely secured and overseen £2m+ budgets
  • You are a confident and articulate communicator, comfortable presenting to senior executives
  • You are comfortable taking senior executives on challenging journeys to deliver meaningful outcomes over multi-month/year programmes of work
  • You regularly advise on and/or provide strategic oversight of complex/strategic initiatives
  • You understand how to drive business performance metrics
  • You are comfortable working with goals and objectives


Digital Product (CX Design, Technology and/or Agile delivery)

  • You have overseen the design and delivery complex CX Design and/or Technology programmes
  • You understand how the correct application of CX Design and Technology can meet these challenges of modern enterprises
  • You can identify opportunities to improve business via the delivery of digital products and services
