Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2-minute walk from Russell Square tube station and remember the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs on Fridays and Saturdays.
As an Events Operations Team Member, we will support you to:

We are looking for a Part time team member to join our Conference and Events team. Someone who is fully flexible when it comes to shift patterns! As an Event Operations Team Member, you are responsible for delivering a five-star food & beverage experience. This is a multi-functional role, which is based across all areas of the hotel with different types of service delivery. You will need to multitask between floor service, bartending, barista, hosting, banqueting service, and rooms setup.We are offering an excellent rate of pay and this is a great opportunity to work some really fun events!
To succeed as our Events Operations Team Member, you will need:
- Experience in a Waiter, Bartender, Barista, or Host role.
- Confidence in delivering great service, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to help wherever needed – a true team player!
- A passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences – you genuinely enjoy interacting with guests.
- A willingness to learn and adapt – you’re open to taking on new challenges and working as part of a dynamic team.
- To be willing to work hard, have fun and make new friends!
