1st line Support in London Area
Job description
本ポジションは、お客様のITシステムに関する一次・二次サポート業務の運用状況を監視・管理していただくポジションです。
お客様とのコミュニケーションおよび関係各所との連携 を、日本語と英語の両方で担当していただくことがメインとなりますので、技術知識が足りなくとも、コミュニケーション能力を重視しています。
また、コール管理システム上でのサポート案件の管理業務も含まれます。
[主な業務]
システムリモートサポート
- 一次受付として、サポートの電話およびメール対応を行う
- 定められた手順に従って、問題やサービスリクエストを解決またはエスカレーションする
- 問題解決を迅速に行い、可能な限り高い顧客満足度を達成するために、積極的に対応する
- 二次・三次サポートや外部の保守業者と連携する
- サービスデスクのチケッティングシステムでチケットを管理し、通話の新規作成・更新・クローズを適時行う
- サポートSLA（サービスレベル契約）を満たすようにチケットを管理する
- アラート監視システムをモニタリングする
- サポート案件の進捗をフォローアップ
品質保証業務
- 社内の品質保証活動に参加する
- 品質を向上させることで企業の評価を高め、顧客とのビジネス拡大に貢献する
- ISO 27001および9001の認証を継続的に維持できるよう確実に取り組む
- プし、必要に応じて二次・三次サポートエンジニアに対応を促す
- 顧客システムを定期的または必要に応じて管理する
- 英語および日本語で、IT知識があまりない社内スタッフや外部顧客との翻訳・連携を行う
勤務時間：月曜〜金曜 8:30〜17:00（週37.5時間）
業務状況に応じて柔軟に勤務いただける方
フルタイム勤務に対応できる方
業務により、土日勤務や残業が発生する場合があります
必要な能力・経験
- 日本語及び英語がビジネスレベル以上であること(必須)
- MS Office（Outlook、Word、PowerPoint、Excel）スキル、および文書データの管理ができる方
- 優れたカスタマーサービス対応力と電話対応スキルをお持ちの方
- IT業界への関心があり、学ぶ意欲のある方

- ネットワーク、サーバー、Windows PC などのITインフラに関する知識・経験
- ISO9001／27001 に関する業務知識または経験
