Everything we do is driven by a shared purpose: helping people build the families they dream of.
About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our fertility clinic team and play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centred care. You'll be the steady, reassuring presence patients rely on — supporting clinical procedures, maintaining a safe environment, and making sure every person who walks through our doors feels in good hands. This is a hands-on, varied role that sits right at the heart of our clinical team. Communicate with patients with warmth and professionalism via telephone, email and video call
Accurately maintain patient records in line with clinic policy and HFEA guidance, ensuring confidentiality at all times
Liaise with the administration team to support smooth appointment coordination
Take ownership of your own professional development, completing required competencies and maintaining BLS certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and patient-centred approach
