Technical Delivery Manager

At Aristocrat, our mission is to bring happiness to life through the power of play! As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of product initiatives, platform features, and strategic technology programs within our iGaming ecosystem. This role offers a unique chance to influence our company's mission, culture, and overall success through seamless delivery management and excellent collaboration across various teams and departments.

You will act as the operational link between Product, Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, and Operations. You will ensure products, features, integrations, and platform improvements are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high quality standards. If you are passionate about leading ambitious projects, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and driving accountability in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do

  • Take full responsibility for delivering product and technology projects from initial planning to launch and subsequent operational transition.

  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Technical Leads to align delivery plans with business priorities.

  • Drive execution of roadmap commitments, ensuring delivery achievements are met and dependencies are actively managed.

  • Facilitate planning activities, sprint execution, release readiness, and cross-team coordination.

  • Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation actions to maintain predictable outcomes.

  • Ensure teams maintain focus on quality, scalability, performance, and operational readiness throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Coordinate release scheduling and deployment activities across multiple teams and products.

  • Manage cross-functional dependencies relating to environments, integrations, certifications, and third-party services.

  • Support release governance processes, including change management and readiness reviews.

  • Ensure production releases are delivered safely, consistently, and with minimal operational impact.

  • Maintain clear visibility of program status, achievements, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Technical Project Management, or related roles.

  • Proven experience delivering complex software products and platform capabilities in Agile environments.

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, release management, and product delivery practices.

  • Experience coordinating multiple delivery teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations functions.

  • Experience coordinating dependencies across large-scale programs and technology initiatives.

  • Familiarity with regulated environments, focused delivery, or enterprise software development is highly desirable.

  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery management tools.

  • Strong delivery leadership and execution focus.

  • Excellent planning and dependency management skills.

  • Ability to influence across Product and Engineering teams.
