The Role
- Directly support the VP of Operations and senior team members
- Broad mandate: execute ad-hoc generalist tasks across the startup, new entities, and all operational needs to scale the London office and drive EU expansion
- Fast-paced, hands-on role with significant responsibility and autonomy

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Organisation and administration, with a current focus on EU expansion operations
- Ad-hoc generalist execution across various business lines and new entities
- Proactively close your own loops; default to independent problem-solving and escalate only when truly blocked
- Take on whatever tasks are necessary for office operations and expansion
