HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The Client Advisor is the key role in achieving the boutique’s objectives and targets with a high level of autonomy. As the service to the Customers is at the heart of this role, ensuring a high level of listening abilities, Maison and product knowledge is vital to achieve an unforgettable brand experience for the clients and increase the sales.
Key responsibilities:
- You will actively uphold operational excellence in mastering the Panerai Selling Ceremony
- You will demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify business growth opportunities
- You will ensure a tailor-made Client and prospects follow-up and maintain high quality service to your client portfolio
- With your watch expert knowledge, you will support after-sales clients with helpful solutions in accordance with Maison procedures
- You will become a brand ambassador and build a network of high potential clients

- With your digital skills, you will be a key player in implementing digital strategy and leveraging digital tools in dedicated market
- Using your excellent structural and organisational skills, you will manage the boutique’s operations following the procedures and policies.
