Overview

We're looking for an experienced Influence Account Manager to join a leading, global creative agency, supporting influencer activity for a major international beauty brand .

This role sits within a high-performing influence team and will focus on the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns , working closely with internal teams, creators, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing through to live execution and reporting

• Support influencer strategy delivery across always-on and campaign-based activity

• Handle creator sourcing, outreach, briefing, contracting and ongoing relationship management

• Coordinate timelines, approvals and deliverables across internal teams and external partners

• Ensure influencer activity aligns with brand guidelines, platform best practice and regulatory requirements

• Track performance, compile reports and support optimisation based on results

• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for internal stakeholders on influencer activity

Required Experience

• Proven experience in an influencer account management role , ideally within an agency environment

• Hands-on experience delivering influencer campaigns for beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands

• Strong understanding of influencer processes: seeding, paid partnerships, UGC, whitelisting and reporting

• Confident managing multiple workstreams and fast-paced timelines

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working collaboratively within large, integrated agency teams

Nice to Have

• Experience working on global or multi-market influencer campaigns

• Familiarity with influencer platforms and reporting tools

• Understanding of compliance and disclosure requirements for influencer marketing
