This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You’ll be part of an established team, contributing to strategic change and operational excellence across the business.
You’ll bring strong analytical thinking, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in solving complex problems and improving processes. In return, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of initiatives and stakeholders, with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact.
If you're passionate about delivering change and eager to build your experience in a collaborative and purpose-driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role
- Analyse and document current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement across systems, teams, and workflows.
- Evaluate solution options through structured risk, cost, and benefit analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Perform business process modelling and requirements definition for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support the adoption of consistent analysis and modelling standards across the organisation.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to scope and prioritise initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Identify barriers to change—whether operational, technical, or organisational—and propose practical, people-aware solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business analysis practice by sharing insights, refining approaches, and championing best practices.
About you
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering impactful change across multiple business areas.
- A background in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets is highly desirable—but we also welcome BAs with strong experience in other domains.
- A commercial and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to balance strategic goals and operational realities.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional Scrum teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
- Comfort and capability in delivering projects that involve both business change and technology change.
- Expertise in business process modelling, requirements gathering, and translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Experience working on data-driven initiatives or digital transformation projects is a plus.
- SQL, Excel, BPMN, PowerPoint and PowerBI skills are highly desirable but not essential.
