Year 3 Teacher

An inclusive and well-respected primary school in Islington is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September 2026 . This role is offered on a long-term basis , with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

This is an exciting opportunity to teach in lower KS2, supporting pupils as they transition from KS1 and develop greater independence in their learning.

The Role:

• Full class responsibility for a Year 3 class
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet a range of learning needs
• Support pupils' academic and personal development
• Use assessment effectively to track and support progress
• Contribute to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS
• Experience teaching in KS2 (or strong ECTs considered)

• Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
