Beyond FMCG, we're building iconic challenger brands across Beauty, Wellness, Luxury, Film, and more working with big challengers like Tony’s Chocolonely and emerging hot startups like Seep. From customer insights and brand strategy to campaign planning and comms strategy, our team tackles a wide range of briefs. To match our momentum, we're looking for a Brand Marketing Exec to join our growing team.
This is a generalist marketing role, perfect for someone who loves balancing creative ideas with data and delivery. You'll be hands-on in supporting the execution of brand strategies, multi-channel campaigns and reporting for our exciting roster of brands. All whilst getting the opportunity to working closely with in-house teams and brand partners.
You’ll support across multiple early-stage brands, helping them team move from "scrappy but smart" to scalable, sustainable growth.
You will...
• Support the delivery of brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping bring strategic plans to life.
• Work with Brand Managers to execute on client briefs turning them into clear, channel-specific actions.
• Help manage marketing calendars and campaign workflows across multiple brands, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Write engaging, on-brand copy for campaign assets including email, organic social, landing pages and ads.
• Conduct desk research and support with customer interviews to identify audience/cultural/competitor insights to inform impactful brand development
• Assist with reporting and insights for your brands, helping track what’s working, what’s not, and opportunities to improve.
• Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients through clear communication and follow-through.
• Deliver high-quality work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities.
You’ll have…
• 1–3 years’ experience in a B2C marketing role, ideally within FMCG, DTC, startup or agency environments.
• A strong interest in brand marketing and how campaigns perform across different channels.
• Experience supporting campaign execution from briefing through to delivery.
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and contributing to client conversations.
• A data-curious mindset, with the ability to pull out simple insights from performance metrics.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Exposure to trade marketing, customer insights or brand strategy is a bonus, but not essential.

What we can give in return
This is a full time, roaming based role that will require you to be within easy access of London. There is an expectation that you will be available for client or internal in person meetings a minimum of twice a month
