Senior DevOps Engineer - Radian Arc
Location & work modality: EMEA (remote)
Start: ASAP
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time
About Radian Arc
Radian Arc, now part of InferX, Submer's AI cloud and GPU infrastructure platform, provides an infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform for running cloud gaming, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications inside telecommunication carrier networks. Our teams across the USA, Australia, Central Europe, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan offer telecom operators a GPU-based edge computing platform without the need for capital expenditure, facilitating low latency and improved economics for value-added services and the monetization of 5G investments.
What impact you will have
Mission: Build and operate the engineering automation platform that enables repeatable, secure, and scalable deployment of the GPU cloud platform across environments.
You will be responsible for core parts of the automation backbone behind the platform. You will design and maintain the tooling, pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code foundations used to deploy vendor components, platform services, and supporting environments consistently and at scale.
This role is central to turning a complex software design into an operable engineering system. You will work across Kubernetes, Terraform, Kustomize, GitHub Actions, secrets management, storage, and observability, and ensure that deployments are reproducible, secure, and maintainable.
You understand that DevOps in this environment goes beyond pipeline ownership. It means building the delivery mechanisms for a platform composed of multiple integrated services, including orchestration, identity, metering, storage, observability, messaging, and cloud infrastructure components.
You will independently deliver major automation and deployment capabilities, improving operational quality, and helping teams adopt reliable deployment patterns within an existing platform direction.
What you’ll do
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform components and supporting services.
Manage infrastructure automation using Terraform and related IaC tooling.
Implement GitOps-style deployment workflows for Kubernetes-based platform services.
Standardize and automate environment provisioning across development, staging, and production.
Maintain developer environments and improve engineering productivity through better tooling and automation.
Automate deployment of vendor and platform components such as Kubernetes, databases, storage, observability, identity, and messaging systems.
Manage secrets and configuration workflows using centralized secret management practices.
Improve deployment reliability, traceability, rollback safety, and operational consistency.
Work closely with backend and platform engineers to turn software designs into repeatable deployment patterns.
Contribute to platform operability, monitoring, and release engineering standards.
