Career Nanny with an impeccable track record of long term roles and references, with recent experience caring for baby and toddler.

Start: By April or May 2026 (the family can accommodate an earlier start date for the right applicant)
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 6 pm (two evenings per week until 6 pm, and three evenings until 7 pm)
Children: Baby aged 7 months and boy aged 2 years
Driver: Not required (no parking available)
Travel: Not required
Pets: One small, affectionate dog

Absolute Childcare is seeking a professional, experienced, and development-focused Nanny for a professional family based in Marylebone, W1.

This is a full-time, sole charge role, caring for two young boys.
The family are seeking a long-term nanny who will become a valued part of their household as their family continues to grow.

Applicants must have strong experience as a sole charge nanny, with a history of long-term roles caring for babies and toddlers.

The ideal nanny will be:
Kind, calm, nurturing, and fun, genuinely enjoying engaging and playing at the children’s level.
Passionate about supporting children’s development and milestones, ensuring they progress and thrive.
Confident with routines, weaning, and preparing healthy, fresh meals from scratch.
Happy to take full care of all nursery duties, keeping the children’s areas tidy, organized, and well maintained.
Proactive in arranging age-appropriate activities, outings, and playdates, embracing topics and themes the eldest child shows interest in.
Someone who loves the outdoors and is happy to get out in the fresh air, whatever the weather.
Organised, punctual, and reliable, with impeccable references that can be verified.
A second language (particularly a Latin language such as Spanish, Italian, or French) is welcomed but not essential.
A vocational qualification in childcare is also highly regarded.

Requirements:
Extensive experience with babies and toddlers, shown clearly in your work history.
Proven sole charge nanny experience.
Clear Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certificate.
Excellent, verifiable references from previous long-term families.
Salary: £60-70k Gross depending on qualifications and experience
