Research Analyst

Role Overview

Join the Residential Research team at Savills as a Graduate Residential Researcher, where you will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making across the UK residential property market. Working with a diverse client base that includes leading developers, investors, housing associations and government bodies, you will analyse a wide range of market data to help answer questions relating to residential development, planning, investment and sales.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for research. You will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining and interrogating large datasets, analysing market trends and collaborating with colleagues to produce high-quality research and consultancy work.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, a keen eye for detail and an interest in the residential property sector. This position provides excellent exposure to industry-leading research, professional development and the opportunity to influence decisions across the property market.
