Restaurant Operations Manager

The Work
- Act as Manager on Duty, opening and closing the restaurant
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- Deploy crew members during shifts and provide exemplary customer service
- Enforce company policies and maintain cleanliness standards
- Complete other assigned duties and train crew members
What You Need
- 18 years or older
- GCSEs or equivalent
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Desirable
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Fluency in a second language
