Our SMR division is a fast-growing part of the company, designed to deliver planned, structured repairs and servicing directly to our members—right from their driveway to their workplace car park. What to Expect

Your day will begin with a clear digital schedule, featuring pre-booked jobs where members are expecting you. Your responsibilities will include:

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
• Providing member advice and recommendations based on inspections
• Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with company standards

With a fully equipped van, fuel card, uniform, and toolset at your disposal, you’ll utilize your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure our members are back on the road safely and confidently.

What You’ll Need

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Working Conditions

• Competitive base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000
• 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays
• Guaranteed overtime options available to increase your base salary
