The role – Assets Administrator
We are looking for an organised, committed, and motivated person, to support and provide high quality, professional administrative support to the organisations Assets & Sustainability Team. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy dynamic team that is evolving and where you can contribute to our continuing developing and growth.
You will be highly organised and willing to take responsibility and use your own initiative, as well as being comfortable in setting priorities and meeting deadlines. You will make sure that everything is in place to guarantee that all runs smoothly for the processes and teams you support. Excellent people skills are essential along with a high level of written and oral communication skills. You will have experience of working in a client-driven environment and with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
What you will do
- Administrative & Operational Support: Deliver high-level admin support including correspondence, scheduling, document management, and payment processing to help meet corporate objectives.
- Performance & KPI Reporting: Prepare departmental performance reports and KPIs, collating data and documentation for internal and external presentation.
- Communication & Coordination: Monitor mailboxes, manage customer complaints, coordinate responses, and consult with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Support multiple departments, assist with planned works consultations, and manage contractor onboarding and supply chain coordination.
- Process Improvement & Organisation: Implement efficiencies, maintain office systems, and proactively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
- Customer Service & Team Spirit: Provide excellent service, assist with holiday cover, contribute to team storytelling via newsletters, and show enthusiasm for learning and growth.
