About This Role We are seeking an impactful and collaborative Senior Finance Manager to support the Engineering organization and work closely across the Markets and Risk Intelligence Engineering Finance team. The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for partnering across Markets Engineering on all financial matters and supporting the execution of the finance strategy.
Key Responsibilities - Reports to the Markets and Risk Intelligence Engineering Finance Director focusing on the Markets businesses
- Partners with the relevant teams within Finance Engineering on all relevant financial matters.
- Partners with relevant Markets Engineering leaders on all financials matters relating to the initiatives - communicating regularly on expected financial impacts, performance and R&O's
- Responsible for delivery of the business cases and corresponding financial impacts to the organisation
- Drives the financial performance and critical metrics, actuals, budget, and forecasts.
- Collaborates with other Engineering and Business Finance teams to deliver quality management information and provides finance support
- Supports the business in their development of budgets, forecasts and cost plans, maintaining detailed knowledge and understanding of any business priorities.
- Develop Performance KPI's to drive insight and action in the Technology teams.

The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional with a proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership teams to drive growth and change in a corporate setting.

The Technology finance team is responsible for driving significant change in the level of data and insight required for the Tech Teams to drive key decisions.
