Document Controller
This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance- Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.
What will you be doing? Establishing and maintaining document control procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate document preparation, revision, distribution and storage
Track document revisions, approvals and deadlines to ensure timely distribution of updated documents
Support capital maintenance teams in retrieving and referencing critical documentation during project life cycles
Configuration and preparation of status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs and other reportable data and user activity to inform digital dashboards
Conduct regular audits to verify document adherence to quality standards and support ISO
Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 19650 standardsWhat you’ll bring Minimum of 2 years experience as a Document Controller
Proficiency in document control software and systems (Microsoft Office 365 suite)
Excellent organisation and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
High levels of accuracy in managing and reviewing documentation
