The Work

• Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations
• Manage shifts, enforce standards and ensure customer satisfaction
• Cash handling and accountability
• Staff management, scheduling and cost control
• Ensure cleanliness and facility maintenance
• Complete required training programs

What You Need

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• GCSEs or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
• Able to work varied shifts and travel as needed

Desirable

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Familiarity with Raising Cane's operations and culture
