This role requires a commercially aware and highly organised professional with strong stakeholder management skills, proven experience in project delivery, and the ability to operate within a fast-paced, high-profile corporate environment. The individual will work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes across planning, design, construction, handover, and close-out phases

  • Deliver projects safely, on time, within scope, and within approved budgets while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Support the development of project scopes, objectives, delivery strategies, and execution plans in collaboration with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project programmes using MS Project (minimum standard) and other approved scheduling tools.
  • Monitor project performance through established KPIs, reporting frameworks, and project controls, ensuring proactive management of risks, issues, and change.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and financial performance, including analysis of project constraints and opportunities.
  • Coordinate resource planning and allocation to ensure efficient project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboards, status reports, meeting minutes, and governance updates on a weekly and bi-weekly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants, suppliers, and contractors across the EMEA region.
  • Chair client, design, and construction meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and communicated effectively.
  • Administer Principal and Managed Principal construction contracts, including JCT and regional contract forms aligned to the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
  • Procure and manage consultant appointments, construction contracts, and third-party suppliers, including development of scopes of services and tender documentation.
  • Provide guidance on appropriate procurement routes and project delivery methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and regulatory requirements, including Building Control, Planning, Landlord approvals, and local authority processes.
  • Manage designers, consultants, and specialist teams to ensure timely delivery of design information and project milestones.
  • Oversee project close-out activities, including testing and commissioning, handover documentation, defect management, and operational transition.
Person Specification / Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management within corporate real estate, construction, facilities management, or infrastructure environments (typically 4-6+ years).
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, occupancy, and close-out.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent real estate or construction projects across regional or international portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, construction contracts, procurement processes, and consultant management.
  • Good knowledge of statutory approvals, compliance requirements, and construction delivery practices across EMEA markets.
  • Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to interpret budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and project cost analysis.
  • Advanced organisational skills with strong attention to detail, prioritisation, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and project reporting platforms such as Kahua.
  • Experience administering JCT and other standard forms of contract is desirable.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA portfolio, potentially up to 100% during active project phases.
  • Expected attendance in the client office a minimum of three days per week when UK-based and not travelling for project delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
